Las Vegas, NV – A recent expansion to the existing office space of Las Vegas Heart Associates located on the campus of MountainView Hospital has been completed to offer better care for cardiovascular patients across the valley.
“Our new space enhances our ability to continue to provide safe, state-of-the-art care for patients with all types of cardiovascular diseases and disorders,” Jeffrey Levisman, MD, FACC, FSCAI, Medical Director of Las Vegas Heart Associates, Chief of Cardiology and the Medical Director of Transcatheter Valve Replacment (TAVR) Program both at MountainView Hospital said. Dr. Levisman also mentioned, “Since opening our doors, we’ve united experts and leaders in each of the subspecialties of cardiology to provide greater and better access to care for the Southern Nevada community.”
Las Vegas Heart Associates is located on the south end of MountainView Hospital’s campus at 2880 N. Tenaya Way., Suite 100 and has been providing caring for the Las Vegas community since January 1, 2020. Since the practice opening, the physicians and staff offer complete cardiovascular services in general cardiology, sports cardiology, adult congenital heart disease, interventional cardiology, heart failure and electrophysiology. The physicians are experts in advanced heart valve repair, replacement and complex stent procedures among many other conditions and treatments of the cardiovascular system. The practice is a leading expert in the treatment of aortic and mitral valve disease offering both Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and transcatheter mitral valve repair, both options that provide minimally-invasive, non-operative approaches to valve disease.
With the recent expansion, the practice has added 3,682 square feet of usable space to the existing 5,787 square foot. The total footprint of the practice is currently just under 9,500 square feet of medical space to be able to care for more of the community and better meet the cardiovascular needs of all. The office also added 10 additional exam rooms to the current 11 currently in use.
